The award, presented at the Managing IP Global Awards in London, recognized the outstanding IP expertise of Gowling WLG’s Russia/CIS practice, which is based in Moscow. Gowling WLG’s Moscow office serves a global clientele in all aspects of IP law – from patents, trademarks and brand enforcement to IP litigation, strategic portfolio management and market-entry counsel.
“It’s an honour to be recognized by Managing IP with this prestigious award,” said David Aylen, managing partner of Gowling WLG in Moscow. “We’ve been serving clients in Russia for 25 years now, and this is a wonderful tribute to each and every one of the talented and hardworking members of our team. Time and again, they go the distance for their clients and have helped establish us as the go-to IP firm in Russia.”
This award is the latest in a series of accolades for Gowling WLG’s Moscow team. Last year, Gowling WLG was named “Firm of the Year” for Russia at the LMG Life Sciences Awards, and had more lawyers listed for IP in Chambers Global for Russia than any other law firm.
With offices in 18 cities around the globe, Gowling WLG is home to one of the world’s premier intellectual property practices. In Russia, an award-winning team of IP practitioners has worked seamlessly with a global clientele for 25 years to deliver strategic advice in all aspects of IP law throughout Russia and the CIS.
